Our itinerary for Spain is designed to provide you with an overview of the best of Spain: Barcelona, Madrid & Seville. One of the leading tourist destinations in Europe, Spain is particularly relevant and interesting to the gay traveler because full marriage rights are recognized for same sex couples. This is an astonishing leap forward for a country that only 30 years ago was still governed by a dictator.
Our tour of Spain will include essential sightseeing in each city but leave enough free time for personal choices. You can even take the train to Sitges on a free day in Barcelona or a trip to Toledo from Madrid. Or if you wish to take advantage of the nightlife, you may wish to sleep in a couple of mornings. We are flexible and look forward to a relaxed trip.
We have left meals "on our own" for the most part to keep the price of the trip as reasonable as possible, but rest assured, we will have plenty of suggestions and will dine together every day if you wish.
