POLICIES
Prices: All rates are in US dollars, per person, based on double occupancy (except single rates). Government taxes/fees of $450 are not included. Prices and availability, as well as schedules and activities, are subject to change without notice. If international air is purchased from Coda Tours then airport transfers are included, otherwise an additional charge will be added to your booking if these services are required.
Payment Policy: A deposit of $750.00 per person is required to secure a confirmed reservation. When more than one cruise is booked, deposit and payment policies apply per cruise. The final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to sailing. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date.
Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, and personal checks are acceptable forms of payment. Make money orders and checks payable to Coda International Tours.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Airfare generally is non-refundable. The following cancellation charges will be assessed for all written cancellation received prior to departure up to the scheduled time of departure:.

International airfare is not included. Coda Tour will be happy to assist with business, first or coach class airfares . If you are planning to use Frequent Flyer Miles for an upgrade or free ticket, we highly recommend booking your tour at least 7 months prior to departure.
Passport and visa expenses (if required). Please check our Travel Documents requirements for this trip. Always double check that your passport will remain valid for at least 6 months past your return to the U.S.and that you have sufficient empty pages in your passport to accommodate visa and entry/exit stamps. Always carry a copy of your passport packed separately from your travel documents and leave a copy with someone at home.
Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance which is highly recommended to protect your travel investment in the unlikelihood you would need to cancel or return home early. We recommend Travel Insured International and will send you an application form with confirmation of your trip. You may check the rates for insurance on their website at www.travelinsured.com. We also recommend insuring any expense for airline tickets issued prior to the determination if a tour is guaranteed to operate. We cannot assume responsibility for losses incurred due to the cancellation of a tour.
Gratuities: Onboard gratuities are included with your cruise fare. Hotel gratuities or tips for services outside Xpedition are not included.
Personal Expenses such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic and bar beverages, laundry, airline excess luggage charges, vaccinations, visa fees (if applicable) and other optional incidental extras are not included and may be significant.

AFTER YOU ARRIVE
BAGGAGE The air carriers flying between Quito and Baltra typically limit the amount of luggage per guest to one checked piece, not to exceed 30/lbs. and a small carry-on bag. Guests may bring a reasonable amount of clothing and personal effects on board Celebrity Xpedition. However, for guests' comfort and convenience, it is recommended that they limit the number of items they take.

PACKING

Clothing: Guests will need two types of clothing on their cruise: Casual Explorers Day Wear and Casual Evening Wear. Casual Explorers Day Wear is lightweight, comfortable clothing suited for walking/hiking. This includes:
      a. Lightweight or cotton pants and shorts.
      b. Lightweight short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts such as polo shirts and cotton T-shirts, lightweight rain jacket/wind breaker, and sweatshirt.
      c. Comfortable walking shoes or lightweight hiking boots, and waterproof sandals for wet landings.
      d. Two or more bathing suits, as well as extra sunblock, sun hats, sunglasses and other types of sun protection.
Casual Evening Wear
      a. Slacks or pants.
      b. Polo-type or button-down shirts.
      c. Sweaters, jackets/windbreakers should be packed.
