| TRAVEL DOCUMENTS |
A single entry visa for Vietnam is required for American/Canadian passport holders. For current costs and to download forms, we recommend using Zierer Visa Service. To Speak directly to ZVS Customer Service, call 866-788-1100 (toll-free in the U.S.). Please note that visas cannot be processed more than 90 days prior to departure and processing may take several weeks to complete. You may also apply directly with an Vietnamese Consulate in your area. For information, google the Vietnam Consulate nearest you (e.g. Vietnam Consulate New York). You must have a valid passport that remains valid six months past your return to the U.S. You should also have a minimum of two empty passport pages. Note that a Vietnam visa may also be obtained upon arrival at the airport in Hanoi (or Ho Chi Minh City.) To arrange for this, Coda Tours must submit all of your personal data in advance to the authorities. Please inform us at the tome of booking if you wish to obtain your visa upon arrival.
A Cambodian visa is obtainable upon arrival at the airport in Siem Reap and one passport photo is required. The Cambodian visa may also be obtained on-line by applying at http://evisa.mfaic.gov.kh/index.php?version=eng |

| Tour Rates include accommodations as listed in the itinerary, entertainment, special meals, air conditioned, motor coach, van or sedan transportation, sightseeing, luggage handling, admissions, local guides and drivers. Mineral water on busses and water, soft drinks and beer at included meals. |
| Arrival and departure transfers are included for those who purchase international air through Coda International Tours. Separate transfer costs will be charged to those who are not ticketed by Coda International Tours. Participants are required to provide Coda Tours with complete international flight details at least 2 weeks prior to the schedule tour departure date. |

| Passport and visa expenses (if required). Please check our Travel Documents requirements for this trip. Always carry a copy of your passport packed separately from your travel documents and leave a copy with someone at home. |
| Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance which is highly recommended to protect your travel investment in the unlikelihood you would need to cancel or return home early. Light cotton fabrics are best. T-shirts, khakis, shorts, jeans and similar casual wear will be best for daytime touring. Our hotels are among the best hotels in the world, so in the evening you will want to dress casual/chic for dining in the hotel restaurants. |

Your sojourn to Vietnam & Cambodia will include an array of impeccably-prepared regional fare. Vietnam food is similar to Chinese and other Asian foods but less spicy than Thai cuisine. We have booked some of the best restaurants in Vietnam to dine in. Our choices are best on the excellent reviews of the venues, the popularity of chefs and the international renown of the restaurant.
Vietnam cuisine includes many vegetarian dishes. If you follow a vegetarian diet, you will have many choices in Vietnamese restaurants. Our pre-paid meals will be a variety of set menus, buffets and a la carte choices. |
| SPENDING |
U.S. dollars are may be exchanged and in many cases used as currency in Vietnam and Cambodia. Contact your bank in advance of departure to determine whether you will be able to use your ATM or credit card at locations abroad. There are ATM machines available in large cities in Vietnam. Major credit cards may also be used for hotel bills and larger purchases. |

The electric current is 220v, 50Hz, AC. Most devices today are dual voltage but do check if yours happens to NOT be and you will require a converter. Electric Plug Details: The European plug with two circular metal pins or British-style plug with two flat blades and one flat grounding blade.
